For my Contemporary Issues in Fashion Merchandising class, I worked with an incredible team to bring the sustainable brand "Reveíl" to life. We deconstructed donated shoes, transforming them into three high-fashion, avant-garde shoe art pieces. My role focused on brand ideation and building a strategic foundation, with a particular emphasis on a three-tier pricing model to ensure the brand remained both sustainable and accessible. I also created the buying plan, cost sheets, and all the logistical details needed to turn our creative concept into a fully realized brand. This project allowed me to merge my passion for business strategy with my love for ethical fashion.
